Our Mission
CampusPlex is building from Ajaccio a new generation tech hub dedicated to artificial intelligence, robotics and entrepreneurship. Rooted in Corsica's digital ecosystem since 2009, the project pursues a clear ambition: to create a campus capable of connecting training, startups, research, investors and international talent within the same ecosystem.
Designed as a true innovation campus, CampusPlex brings together engineers, founders, creatives, researchers and AI experts in an environment designed to foster encounters, accelerate collaborations and give birth to high-impact projects. More than a workspace, CampusPlex aims to become a strategic platform open to Europe and the world, where the companies, skills and technologies that will shape the future are built.
The Vision
Artificial intelligence and autonomous technologies are opening up a transformation comparable to the emergence of the internet. In this new technological cycle, the places capable of attracting talent, innovation and entrepreneurship will become tomorrow's centers of excellence, regardless of their size or geographical position.
CampusPlex carries this ambition from Corsica: to create an international tech hub capable of actively participating in the next generation of innovations in AI, robotics and advanced technologies.
By 2030, our vision is to contribute to creating an AI ecosystem, high-impact startups and new economic opportunities for the island. Training talent locally, connecting Corsica to major European innovation networks and promoting a Mediterranean entrepreneurial model: this is CampusPlex's ambition.
History
Founded in Ajaccio in 2009, CampusPlex is one of the pioneers of coworking and startup hubs in France. Well before the emergence of major European innovation campuses, the project was born from a strong conviction: it is possible to build from Corsica an ambitious, connected and internationally oriented tech ecosystem.
Around the first resident startups like WMaker, DuoApps or Mapize, CampusPlex has from the beginning brought together a community of entrepreneurs, developers, designers and creatives sharing the same culture of innovation and collaboration. Inspired by the "sister companies" model, the place fosters synergies between talents, startups and tech projects in an open and agile environment.
For over 17 years, CampusPlex has actively contributed to structuring Corsica's digital sector by supporting startups, students and new generations of talent. Training, robotics, knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship have gradually become the pillars of a true island ecosystem, with several hundred young people introduced to technologies and dozens of internships, apprenticeships and professional paths supported.
In 2026, CampusPlex is opening a new chapter with the development of a next-generation campus in the heart of Ajaccio. Designed as a hub for artificial intelligence, robotics and innovation, this new space aims to connect Corsica to major European and international tech networks, while nurturing the talent, startups and companies that will build tomorrow's economy.
